WELCOME TO
THE SELF-CARE SPOT
IFS therapy for adults who have always felt different
Murfreesboro, TN and Statewide
Appearing "fine" on the outside while working hard to hold it together inside.
A space to let go of the pressure to perform, meet your inner world with compassion, and build a life that fits how you're wired.
You might be here because...
-
You've always felt different, but can't fully explain why
-
You seem "fine" to others, but feel overwhelmed or stretched thin inside
-
You're exhausted from trying to fit in or keep up
-
Socializing, work, or daily life takes more effort than it seems to for others
-
You've started wondering if you might be autistic or ADHD
-
You've recently been diagnosed and are trying to understand yourself
-
You feel deeply affected by your environment, emotions, or experiences
-
You're tired of holding it all together and want something to change
If this sounds like you, you're not alone - and you don't have to keep doing it this way.

A different kind of therapy
I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy for adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply - not just cope or push through.
Together, we explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, helping you make sense of patterns, overwhelm, and the parts of you that have been working hard to keep everything together.

This isn't about fixing you. It's about understanding you.
This is for you if you are...
-
Questioning whether you might be autistic or ADHD
-
Late-diagnosed or self-discovered and trying to understand what it means for you
-
Used to adapting yourself to meet expectations or fit in
-
Highly self-aware but still feeling stuck or overwhelmed
-
Navigating burnout, identity shifts, or emotional intensity
-
Wanting depth, insight, and meaningful internal change
Ways we can work together
Ongoing IFS therapy for deeper self-understanding and healing.
Support for late-identified autistic adults and parents of PDA children.
Thoughtful, affirming assessments for adults exploring neurodivergence.
Reflective, IFS-informed supervision for LMSWs pursuing licensure.

Therapy that goes beyond coping
Many of my clients have spent years managing, adapting, and holding things together. this work creates space to slow down and understand what's underneath- your patterns, your experiences, and the parts of you that developed for a reason.

Using IFS, we focus on building a relationship with your inner world so change happens from within, not through pressure or force.

Meet Rayne
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I'm Rayne- an AuDHD IFS therapist in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, specializing in neurodivergent adults who have spent years feeling different, exhausted, or like they're quietly holding it all together.

Most of my clients are autistic, ADHD, or highly sensitive- many of them discovering that later in life. My approach is grounded in IFS therapy, which means we go beneath the surface to understand your inner world, not just manage it.

I see clients in person in Murfreesboro and virtually throughout Tennessee.
You don't have to have it all figured out
Whether you're questioning, newly diagnosed or self-discovered, or have been on this path for a while, therapy can be a place to explore at your own pace.

There's no pressure to explain everything perfectly - just space to start where you are.
